الحاجة تِفتق اِلحيلةِ
‘Necessity is the mother of invention.’
The modern age is known as the Age of Science and the Internet. Many new scientific discoveries are being made and the importance of the internet and the media is plain to everyone. The current generation are more drawn and addicted to WhatsApp, Facebook, and the internet than moths are to the flame. Through these various Medias, those events which would have normally remained hidden have come into the public eye for all to see. However, keeping the following verse in mind:
[Quran – 2:219] وَإِثْمُهُمَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِمَا
And their sin is greater than their benefit.
The devastating results which have become evident through its misuse are as apparent as the morning light. Therefore, careful consideration must be made towards the best possible manner in which these technologies can be used. And indeed an effort is being made in this regard at all times. ’ضرورت ايجاد كی ماں ہے۔‘
موجودہ دور سائنس اور انٹرنيٹ كے دور سے جانا جاتا ہے۔ نئی نئی سائنسی ايجادات ہورہی ہيں، اور انٹرنيٹ اور ميڈيا كي ضرورت كسی انسان سے مخفي(چھپی) نہيں۔ پروانے شمع پر كيا فريفتہ ہوتے، موجودہ نسل انٹرنيٹ فيس بك اور واٹس اپ پراس سے كئي گنا زيادہ وارفتہ ہے۔ اس ميڈيا كے ذريعے وہ كارنامے جو عموماً سات پردوں كے پیچھے رہا كرتے تھے، عام چوراہوں پر آگئے ہيں۔ ليكن:
[قرآن – ٢:۲۱۹] وَإِثْمُهُمَا أَكْبَرُ مِنْ نَفْعِهِمَا
اور (وہ) گناہ کی باتیں ان فائدوں سے زیادہ بڑھی ہوئی ہیں۔ (بیان القرآن)
